Banshu Hamono (or Banshu Cutlery) is crafted in a historically known region of Japanese cutlery, formally known as Banshu before the Meiji Era, or today’s Ono City of Hyogo Prefecture. The new series adds 1% of enrichment to the already complete form cultivated by its long history (100%), and thus named Banshu Hamono 101.
